DISTRICT PROGRESS

  • Passed our racial equity board resolution 5-0! 

  • Met with School Board Trustees consistently over summer to discuss implementation of our 6 proposals after the board resolution is passed. 

  • Created an equity sub-committee within the Student District Advisory Council 

  • Had a meeting with the Director of Professional Development to talk about racial equity teacher training. 

  • Met with the Director of the Equity Task Force several times to coordinate efforts to implement our 6 proposals.
